1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mastermind Algo Trader website, courses, books, scanners, tools and any other products or services (together, the "Services") provided by Mastermind Research Technologies ("we", "us"). By using the Services or buying anything from us you agree to these terms.

2. Education and software only — not investment advice

Everything we provide is for education, learning and research. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager. Nothing in the Services is investment advice, a recommendation, a tip or an offer to buy or sell any security. Scanners and algorithms only show rule-based conditions that match a defined set of indicators.

3. Trading involves risk

Trading in stocks, futures, options and other derivatives carries a high risk of loss. Past performance, backtests, screenshots and testimonials are illustrative and do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, for orders placed in your own broker account, and for any profit or loss.

4. Accounts and access

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details.
• Course, scanner and tool access is personal. Sharing logins, re-selling or redistributing content is not allowed and may lead to access being withdrawn without refund.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

5. Intellectual property

All courses, videos, books, scanner rules, software and website content belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. Copying, recording, re-publishing or selling them is prohibited.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR unless stated and may change. See the Refund and Cancellation policy for refunds.

7. Third-party services

Brokers, data providers, payment gateways and other third-party services are outside our control. We are not responsible for their outages, errors, delays or charges.

8. No guarantees and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for any trading loss, loss of profit, data or opportunity, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms, products and prices. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered location in India have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
